Man your tomorrow will never be come. Head to north of Pakistan where world best hill stations, snow bound peaks, lush green mountains, Trees, flowing streams and flowers are waiting for you. These hill stations give you fresh breath, immense pleasure and unusual surprises.

Do you love adventures? There are a lot of opportunities for hiking, trekking, climbing, and camping.

Kaghan Valley

Who don’t know about Naran Kaghan? The world scenic snow bound peaks, lush green mountains, bustling bazaars and throughout flowing kunhar river. Kaghan valley is most visited and popular tourist destination in Pakistan. It is situated in Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Province at an elevation of 2134 to its highest point Babusar Top 4170 meter altitude. In Kaghan valley the most tourist hot spots are Naran, Shogran, Lalazaar and Babusar Top. It’s the perfect tourist point which gives too many opportunities to make your life time memories like fishing, sightseeing, Hiking, Trekking and camping.

Murree

Amazing night life at Mall road, chair lifts, shopping, tasty Chapli Kabab and many activities make Murree marvelous hill station. Murree is very popular hill station and summer resort. It is located in Punjab at elevation of  2,291 meters (7,516 ft). Murree is famous for its pine and oak covered mountains. A huge rush can be seen there in summer and winter also. In summers on clear day view of Kashmir peaks is possible from Murree. People who come to Murree also visit Patriata which is also called New Murree and Ayubia. Patriata and Ayubia are famous hill stations for their scenic beauty and Chair lift which brings you top of the lush green peak.

Murree is house of numerous species of animals. Leopards, Monkeys, wild boar, foxes, and various species of birds can be seen here.

Nathiagali.

Nathiagali is picture square hill station in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Pakistan which is near to Murree and  35 kilometer far from Abbottabad city. It is famous for scenic beauty and lush green mountains and hiking tracks. From Nathiagali to Miranjani Top is 10km Hiking track. Mushakpuri track is Another 4 km track which start from Nathigali and also from Dunga gali.

The weather of Nathiagali is cool and pleasant even in summer.  It receives rain from June to August and heavy snow fall from December to January.

Town is accessible by road from Murree or Abbottabad. Public transports runs daily from Rawalpindi/Islamabad(Pakistan Capital) for Nathiagali.

Ghora Gali

Ghora gali is located at elevation of 1691m (Almost 5000ft). It is mountain resort in Galiayat region. There is a chairlift that operates from Ghora gali to pindi point. This is very famous attraction amongst local tourist. Famous Lawrence College established here during the British raj. Ghora gali served as a resort for British troops and colonialists before 1947.

Ayubia

Ayubia National park well known tourist spot and is 30 Kilometer far from Murree. It was declared as National park in 1984. The climate of park is cold in summers. Parks receives heavy snow in winters. Ayubia National park is house of Monkeys, Leopards, Golden Eagle, Sparrow hawk, Hill pigeon and a lot of birds.

A chairlift operates from here which takes visitors on top of the hill and offer unique scenery of dense forest. A four km hiking track starts from Dunga gali which is approximately 1 hour track.

Monkey Point: Also called “Bander Point” is just near the Ayubia chair lifts. It is that part of forest where you can find a large number of monkeys amusing the children and adults alike. Here you will see the tourists feeding the monkeys with their hands as they are not harmful at all.

Patriata

I suggest everyone if you come to Murree do visit Patriata also. It is a well developed place having high trees and attractive sceneries. Tourists are attracted towards it for the chair lift and cable car system that take you from New Murree to Patriata. This journey on either chair lift or cable car makes the tourists’ visit memorable. Especially in winter, this ride gives you an immense pleasure of watching the hills and mountains covered with snow.

Bhurban

This hill station is abundant with colorful flowers and lush green mountains which present breathtaking view and landscapes. It is located near about 10 km from Murree city. A lot of visitors come there for hiking and trekking. There are a lot of tracks which start from local villages. Hiring a local as tourist guide is advisable. There are a lot Hotels with terraces to see amazing scenery of Bhurban. PC Bhurban is very famous five star hotel  there which facilitate tourists all modern amenities.

Swat valley

Swat is called Switzerland of Asia. Here Nature showing upon you it’s all colors. Swat attracts a lot of locals as well as international tourists. It is situated in north in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa which is province of Pakistan.  Larger part of Swat is consisting on beautiful mountain, hills and meadows. Kalaam and Malam jaba is tourist hot spot of Swat valley.

Kalaam

Beautiful Kalam is in Swat valley. It is famous for its lakes, lush green hills, pastures, and a lot waterfalls and streams. It is 270 km far from Pakistan capital Islamabad at elevation of 2000 meters (6800 ft). There is lot of hotels, restaurants to accommodate tourist from all over the country.  Local busses connected with Kalaam through out the country.

Malam jaba

Malam jabba is famous for its beautiful heart touching scenery, ice covered peaks, forest and sky resort which operates by Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC). The resort offers roller/ice skating, skiing platform, Indoor games, Restaurant, and a chairlift which takes passenger to 10500 feet height.

It is about 45 km from Saidu sharif in Swat valley.  There are a lot of hotels and restaurant to accommodate tourists from all over the country.

Soon valley

In recent years this only Punjab valley is going to be famous amongst locals. Soon valley has also scenic beauty, beautiful waterfalls, streams and jungles. Two salt lakes Uchali and Khabeki are hot spot of visitors. It is situated in Khushab district Punjab and easily accessible by roads. However Punjab government is now considered its tourist importance and has lot of planes for development

Pir sohawa

Pir sohawa is popular destination among the people of Islamabad (Capital of Pakistan) and international visitors. It is situated just 35 kilometer from city on top of Margalla hills. It is situated at almost 3000 feet elevation. It’s fantastic place to walk, or picnic in jungle.

Monal Restaurents is very famous restaurant at Pir Sohawa which offers breathtaking scenery of whole city from its terrace, variety of food between woods and greenery.

Skardu

Skardu is the main town of Baltistan along the wide bank of the river Indus. Baltistan is home to some of the highest peaks in the world, the Karakoram Range, Skardu is very popular with Mountaineering Expeditions. It is equally popular with high altitude trekkers, who trek to Baltoro Glacier, K2 Base Camp and Concordia.  Skardu by road lies approximately 5 hours away from Gilgit and 10 hours drive from Besham.  A daily flight from Islamabad city is also in operation. The flight is always subject to weather.

Skardu is famous for the many trekking and adventure spots around it. There are numerous treks starting from Skardu. Satpara Lake and Shangri-la resort are very famous among the local travelers and is visited by people from all over the country during June & July.

Gilgit

Gilgit is a located at an altitude of approximately 1500 Meters (4800 Feet) in the North east of Pakistan. At an elevation of 4,900 feet and 365 miles from Rawalpindi lies the splendorous Gilgit. This unique little town of Gilgit is blessed with spectacular beauty. It is surrounded by mountains, valleys, Glaciers and ice fields. Gilgit is home for mountaineers and adventurers and attracts them from all over the world.

Hunza

Hunza is probably Pakistan’s most visited valley, by the tourists. It is a fairy tale land surrounded by beautiful rugged & snow capped mountains. Only at a distance of 100 Kms. from Gilgit Hunza is a small town on Karakorum Highway. At the altitude of 7000 – 800 feet it is the first main town or stop if you are entering Pakistan from China.

The central Hunza known as Karimabad is basically a town of just 6 villages. The first main villages as you come from Gilgit on the main Karakorum Highway is Aliabad. There there are spectacular views of  Rakaposhi mountain (7788 meters), PTDC Motel Hunza and other small hotels are located on the main Karakorum highway here. Just above Aliabad on the hill are Altit and Baltit villages the heart of Hunza. There is a very interesting Bazaar and two Forts in Altit & Baltit Villages.

Chitral

Chitral located in the North west of Pakistan is a beautiful valley in the Hindukush range of Mountains. It’s famous for Kalasha people unique culture and way of life. They celebrated many events whole year but Joshi festival is popular which is attended by local and international visitors.

It has always been a very important route for many invaders to south east Asia, Including Alexander the great Scythians, Mangol Changez Khan and numerous others. Chitral is a small town with a one single street bazaar and a few tourist class hotels. From Chitral you can access Garam Chashma and Shandur by Jeep.
